I think many of my problems in life would be solved by getting laid. Unfortunately, this seems to require being straight and having no standards, neither of which are true.
Argh. Yes. I think some of it is that a university, having standards period doesn't help.

Maybe you could try acting like a straight guy. Yelling at girls on the street, leaning uncomfortably close to girls in conversation, openly staring at their bodies, etc. I mean, it works for so many of them...
XD; They'd bolt as soon as they found out I was a chick, though.

Well, if you believe statistics, whatever percent of girls under 24 have blah blah...
Earlier this night on the train home I saw this bleached blonde in slimly cut black and rather much eyeshadow getting off the car that I was getting on, and I thought "Wow, what a tall chick." and then I noticed it was actually a goth guy who'd done a just terrible job of putting himself together before he went out. And I think he had a girl, and you make a much better feminine guy than him... I don't know much about how intentionally feminine straight guys pick up girls, though, so they may not really be relevant to your situation.
I keep having that problem with all the Asians on-campus - they've all got short hair, and no chests, and I can't tell if it's a girl or just a really pretty guy. I think among goths is more acceptable to sort of play around with gender-boundries/identity/image than it is in the 'normal' population, though.

Yeah, I know plenty of people around here who pull off a gender-ambiguous look and do it well (mostly girls, though). I was just trying to illustrate that if people who can't even figure out what they want to look like are getting some, then the rest of us shouldn't underestimate our chances.

Yeah ... I need sex too. My last sexual encounter involved St Patrick's day with my best friend and her boyfriend. Ehehe. Very interesting indeed.
Girls are impossible to get with for some reason. Even the ones I know who are straight out lesbians just waffle around the topic of sex when it's been obvious in the past that we both wanted to tackle each other. Frustating.
Doesn't help that my boyfriend lives in Columbus at the moment.
