This...is one of the most beautiful things I've seen in a long time. Just...wow. Our universe is such an amazing place ^^

Also, some more pretty geek - Molecular Expressions. Not quite as nice as the Hubble stuff, IMO, but still very neat.

Oh, and does anyone have any music recs for me ^^? I'm having a downloading spree because I need new stuff to listen to. [livejournal.com profile] seracy has already demanded I download Tool and A Perfect Circle, but any other favs are appreciated. I...pretty much listen to everything, really, save rap, hip-hop, country-western, and gospel ^^

Seconding the Perfect Circle. Also, similar sound: Placebo, and Poe. *pauses and ponders the alliteration*

It's hard to rec when I don't know who you already like, so, just listing my all-time faves: The Calling, Smashing Pumpkins, Nine Inch Nails, Sinead O'Connor, David Bowie, Vast, Garbage, October Project, Vanessa Mae.

Look up hubble images of the horse nebula. It's shiny and freaking gorgeous. *has tons of hubble pics on computer*

More music recs? hmm... Dagda's an awesome band, but they're a small one, so good luck finding them online. I can send you some of their stuff or burn it. For classical, go Mozart. And the Planets series too. Forget who wrote those. Can burn that for you too.

^_^ Inner geek GUNG HOO~!

Haydn did 'The Planets', I think, although I've never heard it. We've got tons of Mozart upstairs already ^^ And my one classical rec to _you_ is Dvorak's 9th Symphony, AKA The New World Symphony. I'll burn you a copy of it if you don't have it, it's a favorite of mine ^^
