So, I've redone my apparently very popular 'X: My fandom makes people gay.' icon. Opinions? Better? Worse? Same ^^?

Also! I have requests done for two people who asked for them

And yeah, I do icon requests. In fact, I really really enjoy doing icon requests ^^ So, friends and possibly polite random people if they so wish may request icons ^^ Although, if it's something I don't have a picture for, you'll have to give it to me

Whee! And we have success!

...Although, I'm starting to think I need to put the texture effects down, because I used them in all three of these icons, both of your's, and the last bunch of layouts I've done ^^;

*n_n* Text effects are fun, but not always needed, I guess. But I have to admit, so far, I think they look great in all the ones you've done and I've seen. So....XD XD

Well, I always do some stuff with the text to keep it from looking too plain, but I just discovered how to do texture effects like grids and the grunge-lines on the Kamui one I made you a few months ago, and have been using them obsessively ever since ^^;;

I see what you mean now XP I'm sure something else will replace that obsession though. Icon making does have so much variety. Like when people discover how to stick tiny animations in the corner of an icon. That is just nifty, but looks addictive if you start XD;;

See, the only thing I don't know how to do about those is get the actual source files, although I suppose it's really just a lot of screencapping. I've always been kind of 'Ehhh..' on that style, though. I am rather fond of what I've got going now, though.

I haven't even started animating even little icons, so I think you're MUCH further ahead of me XD XD;; But anyway, if you're pleased with what you're doing now, then all the better ^.~

Basic animations aren't that hard once you figure out the settings of the the graphics program. Jasc Animation Shop or whatever it is, that comes bundled with PSP is pretty good ^^

I'm playing with them, but I always get distracted. Which I'm good at XD;; One day, I'll sit down and get through a whole icon-making, uh, session straight. Then I'll get it XD;;
