Dear Lord.

Mark the date, my friends. It is October 23rd, and there is one inch of snow on the ground. I'm going to take a photo, for posterity.

But honestly, weather? You really just couldn't wait until November here?

I used to live in Wisconsin, we had snow as high as the roof of my home. It was wonderful. :)

Lucky! We didn't get anything here. I'm going to put some ice cubes outside to try and lower the temperature so that next time we get precipitation, it's cold enough to snow. ^_^

I am reminded of this past January, in which it stayed in the single digits (fahrenheit, of course) for two weeks straight. ¬_¬ I never left the house once during those two weeks. May there not be a repeat of that this year. ^_^

I don't miss the rain, because the rain is here too - it was raining earlier this week, and snow is rain, sort of. I do miss the above-40F temperatures, though.
