Not that bad? Tseng, you cracked ribs and broke your arm! That's bad! It certainly could be - and probably was - worse, but that doesn't make this not bad. And how, exactly, do you expect a broken bone to heal in less than a week without help? You probably don't even have it in a cast, do you?

The Cure spells we use speed up the body's own healing process. A powerful spell combined with a powerful gift can heal in minutes - but you have to be skilled to keep the new bone from growing in weaker, when you go that fast. In all likelihood, that's why it broke - Elena and I were captured and tortured about four months ago, and we didn't have time to find someone trained as a healer, or to let the damage heal slower. I have it splinted right now.
