It probably says something about me that I want an antique or antique-styled pocket watch as much as I want a pair of mirrored sunglasses (think Morpheus, but with earpieces). Unfortunately, I largely can't afford the first, and have yet to track down mirrored lenses in anything other than Bono-style wrap-arounds. Someday!

...I have no idea what era I wish I was living in, but it's obviously not this one.

Sweet. I can't say much for those who started speaking to me in Spanish, etc. though. ^^; Different regions, different sets of diversity, it seems. Around here, it's Mexican.

I sort of noticed that to be truthful, but I find that some are more obvious than others. Going by names, it's easier for me to tell, though I'm far from able to tell many, so thanks for the tip :3 (I could pick out Kriese, Romano, and debated a bit on Sliwoski as particular kinds of caucasian ethnicities *looked down, put hand over (nationality)*)

I guess it comes from who you know, hang around, and are surrounded by. Me? Family is ASIAN. Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Filippino, you name it.

XD; Friends? Mixed, but caucasian for the most part, and while I could pick out 'Tetz' as German, 'Jones'... Yeah. To me it sounds common, and thus I can't really put a peg on where it originated from exactly. (A. Jones is my best friend since K. grade. She's the Euromutt I'm talking about--mixed of damn near everything + native American Indian (Cherokee, and something else I believe). I think she said it might have come from England...)

Yeah, that's very true - here is Central American, and then Vietnamese and some Cambodian and Laosian, and Eastern European. Vancouver is looots of Chinese, with a good chunk of Japanese and Korean, plus Indian and Middle Eastern, and then a fair chunk of euromutt XD;

My friends out here are mostly many kinds of European, but living in Vancouver means I've got a lot more asian friends now, too - mostly Chinese, although I think Augustine is Korean. I don't actually know any of their last names, strangely.

Jones is somewhere in the British Isles - I know it's a particularly common Welsh surname (ah, Torchwood - the things you teach me).

Yeah--one needs to get out there and take a look, I suppose. ^^; (Vancouver's got lots of Asians? XD Interesting! Ahhh... Alaina & her Brits. I know she's part that somewhere down the line XD;)

Ahh... I see. That's cool. My friend ratio is something of, if I count people I knew in high school (*twitch*), 6:4 (Caucasian to Asian.) Now it's somethin' of 2 to 2. XD; (ugh, HS, how you slay me.) *blink* My middle name's Wong. /random

AH! That's it! I knew it was something or other there! I think. ... Ok, so I suck at remember just exactly what she is. HAHA! =3
