Well, as most "local" sites will be in the country language it's hard to get information on how things are done in other countries. Although many Europeans are using DA and other international sites too, of course.

Your tumblr looks interesting. I'm still trying out how it works and I'm not sure I'll get into it, but it seems a good place to share tutorials and progress reports.
