What did you make the Sailor Uranus skirt out of? I see a lot of cosplayers make it out of a silk-ish/shiny fabric which is very pretty, but it doesn't allow for pleats. And how did you make that "roll" looking thing at the waist-area of the skirt? I've wanted to cosplay Sailor Saturn, but the skirt looks like AHHHH. lol
