could be that. Are they going to do a sleep study? (those things have the best. pillows. ever. BTW) (...did they check for mono? Most cases are asymptomatic until afterwards)
If fatigue is the main issue it could be _anything_. I have crippling fatigue that hits me randomly that even a pot of coffee can't fix. I'm having more good days now, but most of the time there's still the zombie fog.
