Ha ha, so true about truffles. I'm not sure why people think you must be a MASTER CHEF to make them, seeing as they're just balls of chocolate. Delicious, wonderful balls of chocolate, but still.

Also: Earl Grey truffles? I am suspicious, yet intrigued.
