You forget you have a friend in Indy only 20 min from downtown who will be at Gencon anyway and, therefore, you shall have a ride. I also have 2 way belt clip radios so you can reach me at the con without a phone and do whatever you like and meet up with me later.
I also have a spare bedroom. ^_^
So, you have 4 day pass and airfare. Not inexpensive, but also somewhat possible if you get a good flight price.
