Tseng shook his head. "I know enough of the outline that I could probably perform it myself, but I wouldn't be able to teach it to someone else, I think. And if there's a way to draw power from someone else...I don't know it. Like I said, I'm not a particularly skilled mage." He shrugged. "Still.
