That's exactly what I mean, actually XD; The improvised ones are fairly uncomfortable, but there are manufactured ones (mostly for either transitioning FTMs or men with disorders tha cause excess tissue growth there - us costumers are just a side-benefit) that are designed to distribute the tension a lot more evenly and are apparently a great deal more comfortable.
