[Okita's question, posed so casually, nevertheless rendered Yamazaki speechless for several moments. Training as... a doctor? Him? It would explain their apparent relationship in a couple of Okita's memories that the man had shared, true, but the notion seemed barely short of absurd to the shinobi. Perhaps even more alarming, though...]
