I've narrowed my travel options for the walkabout and it's either west to SF then up the coast until I cross into Canada and hang in Vancouver a while or a ticket to the UK and up into Scotland. The first would be a fun trip but also have life implications as Portland and Vancouver are on the short list of possible places to move while Scotland and the UK is more of a research for writing trip. Of course I'd love to see you if I head that way. ^_^
