Musings

It probably says something about me that I want an antique or antique-styled pocket watch as much as I want a pair of mirrored sunglasses (think Morpheus, but with earpieces). Unfortunately, I largely can't afford the first, and have yet to track down mirrored lenses in anything other than Bono-style wrap-arounds. Someday!

...I have no idea what era I wish I was living in, but it's obviously not this one.

That, in a way, being the point I was making XD; Mirrored sunglasses are, somehow, a condensation of all that is cyberpunk into a single accesory - there was an anthology of cyberpunk short stories, all by fairly big names in the genre, published in the late 80s called Mirrorshades.

... oooh. Awesome. I'm still completely enamoured with that book, btw. Chugging my way through it. :D

ALSO, RUTH. After having watched boatloads of NCIS episodes over the past few days, and renewing my old guilty love of Gibbs, I've realised something odd. I think John Barrowman reminds me of a younger version of Gibbs' actor, Mark Harmon. XD

Glad you're enjoying ^^ I'll bring the rest of my Gibson out with me, although I unfortunately don't own the other two in that trilogy yet.

And yeah, there is a certain similarity - I think it's the eyes.
