I don't know where they came from all of the sudden, but all of these fireflies are really pretty. They look a little like hitodama, all gathered together like this.

They are lovely, but the house is full of them.

Mine too - they don't seem to want to crawl all over the food though, so they're fine. Even if Digit keeps trying to chase them.

It is a little bit difficult to cook and clean with them around, though. I keep having to make sure none are in the fridge or the washing bin.

Oh, I guess that would be a problem...

Would like to know why we have them, though. I've seen some people with only one or two.

That isn't such a cheery image, though.

I guess not... though at least they don't look like evil spirits?

I don't know - some things seem to only happen to certain people, and I don't know why. Like those little dragons that were following some people around.

Do you get the same feeling as I do? That fireflies have something to do with dead people?

Pretty or not, being followed by that many seems like an inconvenience.

Spirits that look like little balls of light. I think they're usually of dead people, but I don't quite remember.

The thing is, I recognised that word. Hitodama. But I suppose we are from somewhat similar places.
