Chamomile=friendly sedative

Melatonin is only for when you REALLY can't sleep no matter what, and when you're positive wou won't be woken for 8 hours- because once it hits you, you are dead to the world for the next 8 hours.

P.S. Less soda, more milk or juice (since you hate water)and a multivitamin should help. ^_^
