I have all of the Utena TV series. Unfortunately the quality of the DivX rips I have is horrible (it's obvious the original source was videotape), but you're not averse to horribly quality, just drop me a line and I'll put it up on my FTP server. ^_^
I also once had a rip of the entire Dead Parrot sketch somewhere on my computer. ^^;; It has probably been regulated to my 200+ burned CDs of anime and random crap, but I will try to hunt it down for you and also put that on my FTP server.
