Hah, my chem teacher last year was mostly just oblivious and boring - seriously, Morgan once called out 'You're a dumbass, Mr. Bonofiglio' from the back of the room fairly loudedly, to see what he would do, and he just. Kept. Talking. I spent most his classes reading other books in the back of his room.
I have no idea what it would do to their psyche - For Seishirou, probably not a hell of a lot, although I don't want to _touch_ his guilt complexes. I'm more just getting annoyed by authors harping on the lack of depth perception that doesn't actually exist >.>
